As
an outdoor exhibitor I know first hand how frustrating it can be trying
to secure a shade canopy in the event of inclement weather and still
maintain an attractive and safe presentation. Being prepared for
the wind is always a challenge for any of us when
the
event is held outdoors as many of them are.
Not
long ago an artist friend of mine had his shade canopy ripped from the ground by
sudden high winds. He watched in
horror as his tent canopy turned end over end into the exhibit
across from his. Most of his artwork was destroyed but luckily no
one was
injured, at least not this
time around. I had my share of close
calls over the years, but after
that I figured it was time for me to get serious about remaining earth
bound.
Trying
to determine what does or does not work can be a daunting task.
This web Site was created to help anyone using a shade canopy tent make a
better decision by providing detailed information on the subject with
the help of Carl Buehler www.jewelgallery.net
and Sunshine Artist Magazine www.sunshineartist.com.
The
importance of your client's safety and a
presentation that enhances the
value of your hard work or contributes to an
atmosphere
designed for a memorable client experience can not be overstated.
Companies, both small and large, are collectively spending
millions of
dollars in these efforts and for good reason.
With
that in mind, rope and tent stakes are too easy for the public to trip
on as well as sandbags and the like which also are
difficult to move around and noticeably ugly. It seemed silly
to put all that effort into setting up and
getting things to look their best for the event only to surround it with a potentially dangerous obstacle course.
I searched online and looked around at what
other folks were using. What I found was unsatisfactory. I
wanted something that
really worked. It had to be
attractive and easy to use. And with the price of gas on the
rise I wanted a disposable
weight option.
They say necessity is the mother of
invention. As it turned out the solution was the EZ-Weights
System. Give it a try and I believe you'll agree.
Reliable,
well constructed and affordable canopy tent
weights, that's the EZ-Weights System.
Thank you, and best of luck this season.
